Day 1

So here's my challenge:

I have approximately 9 weeks to get in tip top shape for a wedding where I be meeting more of Ryan's family and friends. It's not just because I'd like to have Gwen Stefani's body in time for the event but because I'd like take this time as an opportunity to get in the habit of eating a cleaner diet and learn to love the benefits of daily cardio.

My struggles:
  1. I hate- and i mean HATE working out.
  2. I weigh a stubborn 135-140 right now.
  3. I LOVE mexican food. (So much so that it is a sin.)
My goals:
  1. To lose at least 10 pounds by September 10th.
  2. For my scale to stay between 125-130.
  3. To eat mexican food less frequently.
Easy squeasy, right??

I have spent days researching new "cleaner" recipes and workouts that I plan on sharing with you all as I try them out.
Tomorrow i will hopefully be posting "before" pictures to help track my progress.

Today's run down (so far):

Breakfast
Reduced fat string cheese
Tobasco Slim Jim

Snacks
Sugar free Russell Stover peanut butter cup

Tip:
If you are looking to cut some calories in your diet but don't know how much you should cut try this:

Your weight x 12= the amount of calories it takes to maintain your weight

Try cutting back 300-350 calories from that number.

Once you have lost your desired amount of weight, use this again to help maintain.
